Yes, we offer free on-site surveys for moving and crane services. Book online with our appointment system.
What are your working hours?
Mon-Sat 08:00-20:00 for operations. WhatsApp messages 24/7, replies at business hours.
Do you handle urgent moves?
Yes, call early morning for same-day moves. Crane bookings need 1 day notice. WhatsApp for urgent cases.
How do you accept payment?
Cash, bank transfer, credit card or QR code. Corporate invoices with VAT included.
Do you work on Sundays?
Standard hours Mon-Sat. Sunday operations available for urgent requests with extra fee.
Do you issue invoices?
Official VAT invoices for all services. Request via online form or WhatsApp.

How long does a residential move take?
Standard 2+1 takes 4-6 hours, 3+1 6-8 hours. High floors without elevator add 1-2 hours.
Is on-site survey mandatory?
Not required but recommended. Online quote available. On-site survey gives final price.
Are packing materials free?
Yes — boxes, bubble wrap, stretch wrap, labels all free. Use as much as needed.
Can we pack ourselves?
Of course — discount applies if you self-pack. We recommend pro packing for fragile items.
How do you move refrigerators?
Unplug, defrost, and dry 12 hours before. We transport upright, not horizontal.
Do you transport plants?
Yes, but potted plants need care. Leaves wrapped, fine for short distance, not recommended for long.
Can you transport pets?
No, you must transport pets yourself (legal/ethical). We move cages, food bowls, toys.
Do you do disassembly/assembly?
Yes, beds, wardrobes, libraries disassembled and reassembled at the new home. No extra charge.
Do you handle no-elevator buildings?
Yes, with extra fee per floor. Crane recommended for 5+ floors.
Single truck or shared?
Single truck for city moves. Shared option for economical intercity.
Do you do night moves?
Not standard. Until 19:00 with neighbor/management approval. Night moves only urgent.
Do you clean items?
No, cleaning not included. Cleaning crew can be arranged for extra fee on request.
Do you place items at the new home?
Yes — items placed where you want. Beds assembled, cupboards/drawers not unpacked.
What does insured moving mean?
Any damage during move (breakage, loss, theft) covered up to full item value. No extra fee.
What if the elevator breaks down?
Extra fee if elevator breaks. Inform us in advance for alternatives.
Do I need permission from the building management?
Some buildings need permits/deposits. Talk to management in advance. We can provide papers.
What if the street is too narrow for the truck?
We do transfer with smaller vehicle. Address checked in advance, mini truck if needed.
Full-day service rate?
Determined after on-site survey. Full-day package includes 3 staff + 1 truck minimum.
Do you handle multi-destination moves?
Yes — some items to new home, others to storage/2nd address. Must be listed in advance.
New building has security — what to do?
Notify security of move date/time. Our team passes ID check. Some sites need pre-opening.
Very valuable items — extra insurance?
Premium insurance recommended for antiques, art, collectibles. Based on appraisal.
What is turnkey moving?
Just open the door — we pack, move, place, organize cupboards, do cleaning. All-inclusive.
Can I not be home during the move?
Yes, authorize a trusted family/neighbor. Inform us in advance.
What about items that won't fit through doors?
Wardrobes that won't fit: disassemble and reassemble. Or crane through balcony.
Same-day return truck?
Intercity: truck returns next day. City: morning departure, evening placement.

Standard home: 1-2 hours. Varies by complexity (item type, floor, weather).
What height do your cranes reach?
Modern hydraulic cranes reach 72m — up to ~25th floor. One of Istanbul's highest crane lift services.
Hourly or daily pricing?
Both. Hourly (min 2h) or half-day, full-day packages.
Which items move by crane?
Pianos, safes, large sofas, beds, wardrobes, antiques — anything that won't fit through doors.
Are your operators certified?
All certified by Ministry of Labor. Pre-operation safety checks always done.
Operate in rainy weather?
Light rain ok. Heavy rain, wind 30+ km/h, snow — cancelled for safety.
Does the crane damage balconies?
No, professional equipment. Extra protection (blankets, straps) for delicate balconies.
Piano moving cost?
Determined after on-site survey. Differs for upright, grand, acoustic, digital pianos.
Can you move safes?
Yes, steel safes, banker safes, electronic safes — up to 1000 kg.
Must I book in advance?
At least 1 day prior recommended. Weekends need 2-3 days.
Cancellation fee?
No fee if we cancel for weather. 24h prior cancellation by customer also free.
Need building management permit?
Some sites need it (esp. 20+ floors). Talk in advance. We provide papers.
Can the crane park on the street?
Usually yes. We handle municipal permits if needed. Special arrangements for peak hours.
Multiple items in one operation?
Yes — piano + safe + large sofa all in one operation.
Risk of accidents?
Pro equipment + certified operator + full insurance = minimum risk. All operations fully insured.
Are pull ropes used?
No — items lowered from balcony directly to truck. No dangerous pull-rope methods.
Special wrap for crane?
Yes — thick straps, bubble wrap, special blankets. No scratches/scuffs.
Damage to surroundings?
Modern cranes carefully placed. No damage to flowers, trees, parking. Area surveyed beforehand.
Narrow street access?
We check via Google Maps beforehand. Small truck cranes for tight spaces.
Must I be present?
Authorized person enough. Team can work independently.
Construction material lifting?
Yes, professional crane for construction sites. Concrete, steel, prefab panels.
Booking lead time?
Weekdays: 1 day. Weekends: 2-3 days. Urgent: WhatsApp.
Sidewalk too narrow?
Coordinate with municipality. Cones, temporary signs, etc.
How many items per operation?
Limit is total weight, not item count. Modern cranes lift up to 1500 kg.

A separate room with your own coded door. Only you have the key, enter anytime. 24/7 access.
What sizes of vaults?
Sizes from 1 m² to 20 m² and custom. Choose by your needs.
Monthly or yearly rental?
Both. Minimum 1 month, no max. Pay 1 year upfront: 1 month free.
How do I bring items?
Self-deliver or use our moving service (20% off for storage customers).
Mandatory insurance?
Not mandatory but recommended. Basic coverage included, premium available.
Lighting in vaults?
Yes, LED lighting in each vault. Motion-activated.
Real climate control?
Yes, all facility kept 18-22°C, 40-60% humidity. AC + dehumidifiers.
Need appointment to access?
No, 24/7 access. Only your vault, system tracks entries.
Live animals/plants?
No live animals or plants. Legal and ethical reasons.
Can I store food?
Packaged dry food only. No perishables (meat, dairy). Hygiene and pest risk.
Fire safety?
Sprinkler system, smoke detectors, fire detection. Fire department certified.
How long are CCTV records kept?
30 days. Can extend to 90 days if needed for incidents.
Can I change vault location?
Yes, free upgrade/downgrade. Only pay for moving to new vault.
