By using the istdepo website (https://istdepo.com), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Service Description

istdepo is an Istanbul-based provider of moving, crane (lift) and item storage services. Through our website you can:

  • Get information about our services
  • Request online quotes
  • Create appointments
  • Track your existing services
  • Contact us

3. User Obligations

By using the Site, you agree to comply with the following rules:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Not use the Site for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Respect other users' rights

4. Service Requests and Contracts

4.1 Quote Process

Quote requests submitted through our website are not binding offers. Official quotes are provided after on-site survey or detailed discussion.

4.2 Contract

A service contract is established through one of the following:

  • Signing of a written contract
  • Written/digital confirmation of quote approval
  • Payment of service deposit

4.3 Cancellation and Refund

  • Customer cancellation (24+ hours prior): Full refund
  • Customer cancellation (less than 24 hours): 25% deduction
  • Customer cancellation (operation day): 50% deduction
  • istdepo cancellation: Full refund + alternative date offer
  • Force majeure (weather, legal): Full refund or date postponement

5. Pricing

Prices shown on our website are price ranges and examples. Final prices are determined after on-site survey and custom quote. All prices include VAT (unless otherwise stated).

6. Limitation of Liability

istdepo:

  • Does its best to ensure information on the website is accurate but is not responsible for errors and omissions
  • Does not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption or errors
  • Is not responsible for content of third party links (social media, map services)

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design, code) belongs to istdepo and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Service Quality Guarantee

  • All our moves include standard insurance
  • Written record is kept in case of item damage
  • We offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee if you are not satisfied with our standard service quality

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to Turkish Law. Competent courts and enforcement offices are Istanbul (Anatolia) courts.

10. Consumer Rights

Users who qualify as consumers reserve their rights under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection. You may also file complaints with:

  • Consumer Arbitration Committee
  • Consumer Court

11. Changes

istdepo reserves the right to change these Terms of Service without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication. We recommend visiting the Site regularly to follow current terms.
